Mutual Credit Union

Project Scope: Mutual Credit Union is a well-established banking institution that was looking to

expand to the Columbus, MS area. To do this, we constructed a new modern building from the

ground up that features two ITMs under a covered drive through, a teller station with solid

surface countertops and glass dividers for walk-in customers, an entrance with 17ft tall storefront

glass, a clearstory with wrap around windows and a wood slat ceiling that continues down the

wall to a set of display cabinets, and several offices separated from the lobby by glass. The

exterior of the building consists of majority brick with a spine wall cladded with a composite

siding. All fascia, coping, and soffit are ACM panels and give the bank a clean, modern look. On

the inside you’ll see LVT floors a carpet inset that defines a seating area in the lobby. The walls

are painted in modern colors and a few are covered in wallpaper to give the bank a higher end

feel. This building covers 4900sqft including canopies and came in at $2.67M. It was completed

in 365 days with minimal deviations from the schedule.

Safety Information: Zero incidents or injuries occurred over the course of the project, thanks to

a safety plan strictly enforced by the on-site team.



Project Summary: This project was executed efficiently, with minimal deviations from the

original plan. The final result provided Mutual Credit Union with a high-quality facility that

supports its operations in a growing market, while also being profitable to the contractor. The

successful delivery of this project stands as a testament to effective planning, communication,

and execution.
