Kim McNeer

PRESIDENT

Kimberly T. McNeer is the President of Kenneth R. Thompson Jr. Builder, Inc. and co-owner of 5M Rental alongside her husband, Jim. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, construction, finance, and business operations, Kimberly is recognized for her strategic leadership, financial expertise, and commitment to operational excellence. She has played a significant role in the growth and success of both organizations by focusing on innovation, customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, employees, and business partners.

A dedicated community leader, Kimberly is a Life Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Greenwood, where she has served in numerous leadership roles, including President. Throughout her years of service, she has been committed to improving the lives of children and families while mentoring future community leaders.

Kimberly has also been actively involved in her church, serving on several committees, including the Personnel Committee. Her faith and commitment to serving others have been guiding principles throughout both her personal and professional life.



Kimberly and her husband, Jim, have been married for more than 35 years. Together they have built successful businesses while raising their family and enjoying the blessings of three adult children, their spouses, and eight grandchildren. Whether leading an organization, serving her community, or spending time with family, Kimberly is driven by integrity, servant leadership, and a desire to make a lasting, positive impact on the people and communities she serves.
